Beyond the 70th minute in high intense games he’s rarely done anything. Euro 2024 he was off the pitch for the Watkins winner and the Palmer equaliser. Southgate at least knew when his race was ran. Tuchel is happy to run him into the ground. He’s similar to Haaland only needing 1 touch to change a game but he doesn’t get up the pitch quick enough in the last quarter of matches. No way it’s his fault tonight but it’s a constant pattern.
