@LGIndia @LGUS It's not even 3years we bought LG Refrigerator and it's giving continuous issues. Since last 3 months the fridge is not cooling and even after multiple customer complaint nothing is happening.

@olamoney_in @ola_supports @Olacabs @bhash @RBI Ola has taken ₹50,000.00 loan on my name from Aditya Birla but has given only ₹500.00 to me as Ola Money. What Ola is doing with rest of the money!!?? I have sent several mails and tweets but didn't received any explanation.

@olamoney_in I am asking for the loan account statement that is also I am not getting!! I am having a feeling that I got cheated by Ola and it is being continued till now. You are giving me an impression not to trust corporates like you anymore who can do anything for their own profits.

@olamoney_in Your reply has been going since weeks and you are just passing the time. You are giving me the dates to wait and then there is no update or result coming from you. I am repeatedly asking the question that where the loan money went taken from Aditya Birla but there is no response.

@olamoney_in @bhash @RBI is Ola using the money taken on customer name for their own business!! I don't even access to Aditya Birla loan account or its statement. Where the money is being used!! Even after sending multiple mails to close the account, why it's not yet closed!!

@olamoney_in The reply that you are giving me is like system generated message. You are not even bothered to understand my query and neither I am getting any proper response to that.
My only request is kindly close my loan account. I don't want to see it again in my credit report.

@olamoney_in My ola postpaid has been deactivated but still this loan account exists and I don't know why so kindly close my loan account with Aditya Birla. I don't want to see it again in my next month credit report.

@olamoney_in I sent multiple mail to Ola Money support but nothing hapned, didn't recvd any proper response.I even called ola support, they listened evrythng and at the end just disconect the call and it hapned multiple times.Kindly tell me are customer meant to be treated like this only!!
