@Ryanair Brought my case onto flight to Croatia today. Never once had an issue with that case but apparently now it was too tall and charged €75 at the gate after already paying €58 to bring it on the plane. Absolute joke. Could tell they overbooked the flight.

@Ryanair Submitted a claim form for alternative travel last week for compensation due to the disruptions. Informed today on web chat that my receipts had "issues". Rang to find out what the issues are. Was told over the phone I have to wait 21 days to find out what I already know

@Hls2704 @ThewlisAmy @ColinJohnBlair They will if it was due to a cancelled flight. They have a claims form you can submit and send them the receipt. Just Google Ryanair claim form and you will find it.

@TMIrelandHelp complete joke. I got in after waiting through 17k people. Selected my ticket type and it hung on the page "Sit tight we are getting your tickets" and booted me out and to the back of the queue. This is unacceptable

@TicketmasterIre I get through the queue for Coldplay Monday show. Select my tickets and it hangs on "sit tight we are getting your tickets" and then boots me out to the start of the queue. Absolute joke.
