@MartinSLewis I live in an over 60's block of flats and I have a real worry about how much our electricity will affect our service charge. I understand that the unit rate has more than trippled! It seems that there is nothing we can do to change this....do you have any tips?

@oakes_caroline It drives me mad!!! I was released on Monday for a heavy pencil which I was hopeful for....only held it for over a week. Now waiting on another pencil which has been held for over a week. So frustrating.

@MollieHindle I am struggling at the moment to turn my self tapes into booked jobs. I have just received a confirmation that my last 'heavy pencil' has been rubbed out. Thank you for sharing....makes me feel a little better.

@OfficialMelB I have recently helped a young man do his final film for his degree which was based on his mother's life with his father.....you just dont know how much something like this can affect not only the person being being abused. Love to everyone.

@thismorning With regards to Phil's toast preferences, I am with him with this. I was one of the ladies who used to do fashion for This Morning and one time I went to get toast and found some already done to my liking, so I ate it...didnt realise it was for Phil....ooops!!! lol
