Well-being, care, support and guidance Family Fun Day Celebrating 10 Years of Food & Fun! What an incredible afternoon! Thank you to everyone who joined us for our 10-year Food & Fun anniversary celebrations — the laughter was non-stop and the smiles lit up the field.

We had a busy day today. We were joined by Jo from @Craftofhearts10. We then learnt how much sugar is in some of the things we eat and drink.@SportRCT @CTMUHBDietetics @foodandfunwales

@sheldonraps joined us today. We learnt about the history of rap music. Sheldon impressed us all with his rapping skills. Then we had chance to write our own raps. We also played outside, playing basketball & using the climbing frames @SportRCT @CTMUHBDietetics @foodandfunwales
