In Orthopedics, we can rarely say "I helped to save someone "life"". This child came with Length discrepancy. I told the mother that she needs to do abd ultrasound. She come for one year FU and I ask her if she did, she said they did and found Wilm's tumor

Well. In retrospect … while am HRV was normal, my resting HR was a little elevated. Felt fine… so I ran. Cardiac drift is unusual for me on this run.
