When you book mumbai London flight for Sr citizen for economy ticket the #airindia offers private suite as a seat but after you pay up the seat selection offers only normal seats. Isn’t it a fraud on unsuspecting passengers?@airindia @DGCAIndia

@airindia Sir, you cld have corrected the glitch in the new version of the app after may be I pointed it out. But when I booked the ticket only old version was available that offered the private suite. So don’t you think you shld honour that offer? @airsewa_MoCA @fgca

@airindia Sir as of today too if I try to book a similar economy ticket on the same date your site offers private suite for economy fare. PFA the screenshot. Care to explain why in my case post booking the offer is not honoured? @airsewa_MoCA @DGCAIndia

@airindia No The email you mentioned doesn’t address the issue of promising private suite 4 economy class fare for senior citizens as shown in the screenshots shared and then not honouring that promise after the passengers are lured to buy the ticket. Thus is clear cheating @airsewa_MoCA

@airindia Sir, it has been more than 10 days since I have raised the issue. No action has been taken by your team. My flight related to the issue raised is to take off within a few days. I hope you will resolve the issue before that and do not simply sit on my grievance.
