If Arne Slot wants to complain about the Benjamin Sesko goal & wanted it overturned, go ahead. I'd have been ok with that, want to know why?
Because then Curtis Jones would have been sent off under DOGSO for pulling back Sesko & preventing him from scoring with the original chance.
VAR would have to review the entire attacking phase in the build up, which is standard protocol when disallowing a goal. It would have come under scrutiny as a missed foul in the build-up.
Sesko's goal (which never had enough clear evidence to overturn anyway) was a better outcome for Liverpool than a DOGSO red card & penalty, for which Bruno Fernandes has a 85% success rate of scoring.
Likely 2-0 down with 10 men sounds a lot worse than 2-0 down with 11. The bigger missed decision was Jones, not Sesko. Know when you've been outplayed, don't make excuses & try to claim being hard done by.
What a guy…Andooo!

🚨Casemiro on why he cried after the full time whistle:
I spent most of my career in Spain playing for Real Madrid, where I won many trophies. But in just a few seasons at Manchester United, I’ve felt something different — something deeper enough to make grown man cry. Here, I truly feel at home.
The fans, the passion, the chants echoing through Old Trafford… it’s something special. It’s something that touches your heart in a way that’s hard to explain. The love and appreciation from the supporters, even for the smallest efforts on the pitch, mean everything to me.
At Madrid, winning trophies was incredible, but here at United, even a single victory feels just as meaningful — like lifting a trophy of its own. That connection with the fans, that sense of belonging… it’s powerful enough to make a grown man emotional.
And honestly, that’s why I couldn’t hold back my tears.
1 - Casemiro tonight made 11 tackles, won 16 duels and made 9 clearances - he is the only player in the last 20 seasons to record all of those numbers in a single Premier League match. Everywhere.
There was a stamp on Bruno Fernandes by Romeo Lavia last night btw 👀
Guarantee it would’ve been checked by VAR and a red card if it was a Manchester United player…

David carried the ball out of the 18-yard box and still had it in his hands. VAR didn’t even catch it 😭 Arsenal are really getting away with everything this season.
