One day I am going to invite people from @IndiGo6E home for dinner and ask them to wait outside the door till the table is laid and the food is cooked. #Rude. Always #IndigoFirstPassengerLast
SELFLESS COMPETITOR
Rohit Sharma
As @ImRo45 bids adieu to T20 International cricket, we find ourselves reflecting on an illustrious career that has left an indelible mark on the sport.
His departure, following Indiaโs triumphant victory in the ICC T20 World Cup 2024, serves as a fitting denouement to a career defined by unparalleled brilliance, leadership, selflessness and an abiding passion for cricket.
Losing the semi-final to England in Australia in 2022, he emphasized his team had to evolve, changing their mindset- he led from the front & triggered a paradigm shift which he introduced by completely transforming his approach.
Individual records & milestones became secondary, & it attracted not only the players but a select audience world wide.
He wasnโt there to impose himself as a great batsman, he was there as a leader determined to leave behind an unmatched legacy.
Not only tactically or strategically apt, his communication, man management, leadership, situational adjustments & the calmness in adversity, high self belief & trust in his players has had a lasting impact. His captaincy may well become a case study for future generations.
Rohit Sharmaโs T20 International career remains a testament to his extraordinary talent and unwavering dedication.
His innate ability to adapt and excel, seamlessly blending classical technique with explosive power, the artistry at the crease, characterised by a blend of sublime timing and audacity, has provided cricket connoisseurs countless ecstatic moments & timeless memories.
Beyond his individual brilliance, Rohit's leadership in T20 cricket was nothing short of inspirational.
As captain, he led with a blend of passion and strategic acumen, instilling a sense of belief and resilience in his team.
His legacy will continue to inspire the players & all other stakeholders, always.
Gratitude The Hitman Rohit Sharma.

US FDA says spices/ food supplements from Indian companies Everest and MDH contained bacteria Salmonella.
Singapore Food Regulatory Body says they found cancer causing ethylene dioxide in spices and many other food exports from India.
Hong Kong Food Safety Regulatory says they too found cancer causing chemicals in Everest and MDH company's products.
Indian food regulator, FSSAI has no comments, but says that ethylene oxide is banned in food products sold in India.
Everest and MDH company representatives are saying this is all some conspiracy because FSSAI did not receive any such updates from other food regulators and their products are all safe to consume.
But an independent testing of a domestically available Everest Fish Masala by a citizen, paying his own money, showed ethylene oxide was present in a randomly checked product brought off the shelf. It contained ethylene oxide more than 70 times the upper limit in EU countries. Indian regulatory says ethylene oxide is banned in food products at consumer level. But here is a report that shows 70 times more of it in a randomly brought domestically available product.
Who is lying?
I think the citizens of India DESERVE so much better! We have been groomed to get comfortable with, and get adjusted to mediocrity and lies.
I have no hope that the truth will ever come out.
In India anything can be hushed up with money and favors.
People may call or consider India a "developing nation" or sometimes "under-developed," but there are some aspects here in relation to health, which are uber-superior to many other countries that are considered "developed."
A Bench led by Chief Justice of India, D Y Chandrachud on Monday (April 22) said it was a โvery very exceptional case where we have to protect her (the girl)โ.

In the United States which is a country within the highest category for human freedom in civil rights, the Supreme Court eliminated a constituitional right to abortion nationwide and nearly two dozen US states have banned or limited access to the procedure. States like Idaho has enforced its abortion ban even in medical emergenices and some have pregnancy limits of 6-18 weeks.

Since the decision, in the USA, 14 states have prohibited abortion at any gestational age which also includes pregnancy in rape survivors. Restricting abortion access to survivors of rape can have particularly devastating consequences. Many of these states require that the rape be reported to law enforcement, which most survivors of rape are reluctant to do, and even when reported, the process often markedly slows the timing of early abortion.

Here in India, it is exemplary that rationalism and morality from the Apex Court has surpassed every other emotion in taking such a drastic and hard-hitting step to protect the girl. Would have been a different story in the USA.
