@TicketmasterUK is there a glitch with pre sale take that tkts for London. 400thvin wueue, picked seats quickly and now spent 40mins with msg “ unfortunately we are unable to reserve tkts just now. Pls wait a moment then try again” Are my seats protected until I pay? Pls advise

@ReelCinemasUK 2/2 it isn’t a festive gift-a printout!!Who do we contact for a refund so we can go purchase an actual gift card. We can see from the internet that it appears to be a known issue with Reel e gift cards? If we had known this, we wouldn’t have ordered this way
@ReelCinemasUK Thank you. Reel have my sisters money - paid by card- an automatic refund should be able to be processed surely? Not this “ cat and mouse” game of trying to get hold of the manager to get card details.
@ReelCinemasUK 2/2 been disappointing &taken the shine off what was meant to be a festive gift for my teenager. Pls send your complaints policy/procedure so we can escalate this above the local site. We don’t feel we should be chasing Farnham-they should be processing the refund automatically

@ReelCinemasUK Thank you. As said this is a gift. What we are being offered - long digits on an anonymous email - not even on headed logo paper- is not acceptable. We can see other customers have had issues on the internet. I look forward to hearing from you. Or the mgr can email my sister
@ReelCinemasUK Im not as optimistic as you. We are on day 3 of emails with mgr & being told “ that’s the best they can do”. Hugely disappointing - clearly a known issue as mgr has said the “long digits on paper” are a known solution. It’s not what we purchased & is below trading standards.
@ReelCinemasUK 1/2please can you help with We’ve purchased an e gift card. But the View my gift card button doesn’t work. On 4 devices. We are in contact with the Farnham cinema to rectify this. But are not happy with the solution of a print out of the digits.
I lost my dear Dad two weeks ago so I went to Snappy Snaps today to print out a photo. It’s owned by Timpsons. The guy who served me gave a second print for free and said it’s the random act of kindness that they’re encouraged to do every day. Thank you @JamesTCobbler
