@MaudeGoyer @JessGrose @darbysaxbe Feels spot on. In googling how to manage, it’s basic care - sleep, food, movement, being present, balance. But that feels harder, too. I ended up with sepsis in the ER recently just as my 1 yr old started daycare. It’d feel better if we came out of this valuing care, but no.
