My grief is extremely sacred. Every memory of my son is tied to my grief. All the love I have for him is wrapped up in my grief. My grief is my continued connection to him. It is my love transformed. I do not shy away from living with it

On August 12th 2018 CJ left this world but he did not leave us. You can hear him on the wind. You can see him in the rainbow. And mostly you can feel him in your heart.

@refugeingrief He was soo lazy in spite of the fact he worked out every day :) He worked so hard at all his crafts but he would watch something he didn’t like if he couldn’t find the remote and had to move 💜
