Judgment day is fast approaching for these fascist monsters...

"Do you think it's time to impeach Pete Hegseth?" reporter Pablo Manríquez asked her.

"Every day of the week it is time to do that!" she replied. "Every single day of the week. With this last bombshell that's dropped about the Secretary of Army resigning, there are no people, no civilians at the top who have the credibility and the support of our military."

Yesterday, Army Secretary Daniel P. Driscoll, the top civilian leader in that particular service branch, resigned after repeatedly clashing with Hegseth. The conflict between the two came to a head after the Defense Secretary ousted several highly experienced Army leaders in an ideologically motivated purge. Under MAGA, it doesn't matter if you're competent at keeping America safe. All that matters is your loyalty to the regime.

"The military need to know that they have someone looking out for them. That is not Pete Hegseth," said Kamlager-Dove. "This guy should be impeached and he should go to jail. And he can take all of his little exercise routines and his little sorry Fox News commentating failures with him."

The simple truth is that Hegseth should never have been given this job. He's an alcoholic, washed up talking head with a credible rape accusation who's obsessed with the superficial signifiers of masculinity rather than actual military competence. Worst of all, he's been one of the most vocal supporters of Trump's illegal, disastrous Iran War. The deaths of countless women and children are on his booze-stained hands.

When Democrats retake Congress and obtain subpoena power, we need to investigate every single incident of wrongdoing and suspected criminality connected to Hegseth. Once we've uncovered everything that he's done, it'll be time to prosecute to the full extent of the law.

BREAKING: GET HER! One of America's oldest abortion rights groups announces a $250,000 campaign to defeat MAGA Senator Susan Collins over her vote to confirm Brett Kavanaugh.

“Susan Collins’ lack of leadership and broken promises on reproductive freedom are a glaring vulnerability in this race. She promised to protect her constituents’ fundamental freedoms, and instead helped Donald Trump take them away,” said Mini Timmaraju, the President of Reproductive Freedom for All.

The group's campaign is direct payback for Collins' cowardly 2018 vote to confirm Kavanaugh, a credibly accused sexual predator who went on to help overturn Roe v. Wade.

“I do not regret that vote. I do disagree with Justice Kavanaugh’s vote,” Collins has admitted.

The $250,000 will go towards direct-mail initiatives aimed at damaging Collins's chances with voters who support reproductive rights, boosting Democrat Troy Jackson's electoral prospects in the process. The mailers are expected to reach over 100,000 Maine households.

This is a more than welcome move from Reproductive Freedom for All. Few elected officials in this country deserve to lose their jobs as much as Susan Collins does. She loves to play the part of the "moderate" but invariably rubber-stamps the worst parts of Trump's fascist agenda when it matters most. She's a spineless empty suit and it's time for Maine to kick her to the curb!

Garth Brooks and his wife, Trisha Yearwood, have declared September 25 “Dolly Day” at their Nashville honky-tonk, with every dollar taken in at the bar that day going to Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library.

The date is a deliberate nod to Parton’s classic hit “9 to 5,” reading as 9/25 on the calendar. Brooks and Yearwood’s Friends in Low Places Bar & Honky-Tonk will donate its entire income for the day to the cause behind the Imagination Library, the children’s literacy program Parton founded in 1995 that mails free books to children. The gesture follows Parton’s d*ath, after which her family had asked well-wishers to send donations to the Imagination Library rather than flowers.

Yearwood framed the fundraiser as a direct continuation of Parton’s own priorities. “Whatever the cash register says at the end of the day is going to Dolly’s passion,” she said. “This is 100% about Dolly and her love for children’s literacy.”

Brooks, for his part, described the tribute as more than a nod to Parton’s music career, calling it a recognition of her decades of generosity. “Dolly may be the perfect example of if you spend your whole life loving, you WILL live forever,” he said.

The Imagination Library currently operates in five countries, including the United States, Australia, Canada, Ireland and the United Kingdom, and Parton had continued working to expand its reach up to her d*ath. Separately, Tennessee lawmaker Seal has proposed a bill designating September 25 as “9 to 5 Day” statewide in Parton’s home state, a measure aimed at formally honoring both her musical legacy and her charitable work.
