A7: Yes! We go right to the source of the PO, etc. and question anything that is not in compliance with our policy. Having clear policies makes it easier to justify the questioning and information gathering. #EdFinChat
A3: Most activities are reviewed by someone else. Accounts Payable and Payroll both have thorough reviews by someone not directly involved with the preparation of each. This catches errors, and doesn't allow anyone to work unmonitored. #EdFinChat
A2: Agree that change is hard, especially when people don't understand the "why." Change can involve extra work on the front end which will almost certainly result in pushback, even though it decreases risks and ultimately saves time. #EdFinChat
