Just finished @GraceMaxwell's "Falling and Laughing", a truly moving account of the uphill battle of recovering from a stroke. Emotional and dignified without being self-pitying, a very interesting read.

I remember taking a punch once in Fab Cafe from a guy who was increasingly getting annoyed by me putting the word "The" in front of bands names, the oasis, the Fleetwood macs. The The Rolling Stones was his breaking point. Looking back, totally deserved it
