@JoshuaSvaty My daughter is 11 and also is not an avid reader. She has liked these Two Dogs and a Trench Coat, Lulu and the Brontosaurus, any Andrew Clements books (Lost and Found is my favorite). Most of these are shorter with larger font and maybe even a picture or two thrown in.
