@VodafoneUK Providing the same deal to loyal customers as new customers will resolve the issue. Having already spent around 3 hours going through options with no good deals for existing customers!!! I hope so too, with 6 mobiles on my account, this is a big loss to @VodafoneUK

Please explain to me why having been a loyal customer of @VodafoneUK for over 20 years, that I am not able to renew my contract with equivalent sim only deal as a potential new customer, without the inconvenience of changing my numbers.

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK yes spoken to retention team on 191 who and visited store yesterday and was advised on both occasions this deal is only available if you changed your number, ie become a new customer, not able to get deal for existing customers. Disgraceful customer service!
