True, I have been seeing a lot of hate against Bihar for some days. I want to tell people that some of the most intelligent and hardworking minds I work with are from Bihar. In our Bihar unit, my production manager is a local guy from a nearby town; he learned the process of garmenting while doing job in Delhi.

now is shifted to our bihar unit near his home. he leads the team of 50+ people in which 20+ are womens.

The styles ,which I shifted from the Ludhiana unit to Bihar for manufacturing: he made the assembly line with a workflow chart; now the output of that item is 30% higher with the same manpower we used to work with in Ludhiana.

So, it's the people who should be punished, not the state or a region. A harasser can be anywhere or everywhere.

Bihar is the future of manufacturing; come invest in Bihar.
