I love that my timeline is practically a love letter to Sam Neill. A movie of his that shouldn't get buried in all of his tributes is Hunt for the Wilderpeople. Genuinely a hilarious and heartwarming movie that's severely underrated 🤍
Very happy to say it again. The Odyssey is an amazing film, and missing out on seeing it because you think it’s woke or whatever is cutting off your nose to spite your face. Your loss.
I’m not saying I’m hot, but they had to keep stopping my sight test to wipe down the camera…
Prescription on operated eye is now minus NINE. I think I may be a danger to society.
a band formed by Vince Clarke after Yazoo and before Erasure with Feargal Sharkey singing, they only released one single, but what a great single it was 👏👏👏

@sarahdiaryz This sits uneasily with me. If neither bride or groom is C of E, or previously married, why have a C of E service? I wonder what the vicar was thinking.
Now presumably Josh Simons, who sacrificed his Makerfield seat for Andy Burnham, will be given a peerage - as Lord Simons of Makerdeal perhaps. What one might call the road to Wigan peer?
A small public service announcement from the Department of Things That You Should Know…
It has not “peeked” your interest.
Nor has it “peaked” your interest.
…It has piqued your interest.
You are not “phased” by something.
You are fazed by it.
If you’ve had a long day, you are weary.
If you suspect someone is an idiot, you are wary.
It is “due course”, not “do course”.
“Per se”, not “per say”.
And while we’re here, it’s “could have”, not “could of”, but that particular battle may already be lost.
Thank you for your attention during this brief outbreak of grammatical housekeeping.
This has been a @LairdofthManor announcement.🎩💙
