@VirginRadioUK I've listened to the #ChrisEvansBreakfastShow every day since surgery 2 weeks ago but in recovery sized chunks throughout the day. I've never listened through the app before but it's been just what I needed to get me through. Thank you Top of the Tower team! Jane x

@SundayBrunchC4 How do Simon's kids not come into the kitchen to raid the fridge all morning? My teenage boys regard their fridge trip every 30 mins as their daily exercise!
