What I hoped would happen is starting to happen - gynaecologists & anaesthetists are contacting me to find out about our pathway for hysteroscopy under sedation.

@valhumphreys51 @Burnt2020 If it helps, the metal thing doesn’t actually go down your throat. It goes in the mouth to allow the anaesthetist to get a better view of your throat to put a smaller, gentler-looking plastic tube in. And as soon as the plastic tube is in, the metal bit comes out!

Rotational doctors- do you pay for the DBS update service? I’ve been paying for it for years but I don’t think any employer has ever actually used it, but equally I don’t want to have to pay for a new dbs every time I move trust. What’s the done thing here? #MedTwitter
