@Getaround support team provided the wrong information causing me to attempt to drive back because I was told the garage would be closed and I’d be charged for improper return. I attempted to drive in dangerous flash flood major thunderstorm to the point I had to pull over

into an 8hr trip , recorded video And charged for the ENTIRE trip IN ADDITION to the subsequent trip I had no choice to book or be stranded and was told this is just how it is they’ll get back to me in 10 days to discuss refund…took the money anyway and still have not heard back

Charge me 907$ for this trip. If I do mot receive a refund for the difference of the ORIGINAL cost of my trip and the charge, I am closing my account and the others I pay for. Worst customer service (I’ve also had a car with maintenance issues that was unable to be driven an hour
