@fastterrier @FitbitUK Really strange this. We’ve had 2 Fitbit charge 2 screens fail in exactly the same way within days of each other, exactly the same thing has happened to both screens. Seems suspicious…
3. No acceptance of wrong doing for the disgusting room, just a “gesture of goodwill” be careful when you trust this company! This was room 38 in chessington!
1. Just want to make everyone aware of the appalling way @premierinn have treated us. Please see all pictures in my previous tweets of the disgusting room they provided. They refused us a refund, they refused us a room change, we complained, got zero help whilst there 4 weeks on
2. We’ve been in constant contact with with this company, We’ve been labelled liars and now, after 4 weeks, we’ve been granted a “good will gesture” of less than 1/3 of the cost of our hotel stay and told “ we do hope you have a much better experience next time. Emma”

Someone here is trying to save their job and is telling lies! The hotel was full! There was no other room to change into! The manager was ridiculous and didn’t want to know. The only people who mentioned a room change was us! We begged to change rooms, you said no!
Contacted @premierinn on Twitter 55 minutes after I checked into chessington room 38. One week later I’m told I’d been offered ‘multiple’ room changes so couldn’t help me. the reality is, I begged for a room change or a refund to go elsewhere. Both denied!
Daily dose of the wonderful conditions you should expect at chessington @premierinn room 38 a lovely dose of pubic hairs, mould and filth all over your feet if you walk on the floors. Yum!
