@MyVWGolf you really should work on quicker response times for your staff. Filled in your form, no response, called @ColchesterVW, no follow up. I have a new Golf which needs oil every 1000 miles and I still have 1300 miles to go til its first oil change! Surely not right😤

@ColchesterVW I am SO disappointed not to have heard back from one of your managers re my oil problem. Of the 35 years of having new cars I've never had one use anywhere near this much oil and you don't see it as a problem. Not only that but you can't be bothered to respond
