Always had stellar service from @British_Airways until today. After six hours of phone calls trying to report fraud, we were so poorly assisted we had no option but to file a report with the @FTC

Drama with @British_Airways today. They maintain at 4.11 this morning while I was asleep I cancelled a non refundable flight to London.

I suspect they mistakenly cancelled it while issuing a refund this AM for an flight from March! Ironically the $$ are almost exactly equal!

Either I was hacked, or BA made an error. Currently they won’t assist in either case having been on the phone with customer services for 4 of the last 6 hours
