Absolutely heartbreaking. My constituent was detained by ICE and is now being restrained and denied visitors after his surgeries. It's another example of how ICE's cruelty knows no bounds.

Its agents target our neighbors, its detention centers are squalid and unlivable, and it subjects innocent people to terrible abuse—whether they're on ICE property or shackled to a hospital bed.
