1/5 🚨 Introducing Prop Firm Prestige 💎
I believe affiliate platforms should EARN the community’s trust before asking for anything in return.
That belief is why I built @PropPrestige
Today, I’m proud to open our pre-launch. Here’s why we’re doing things differently🧵
@AlphaMarketFlow trust-sensitive fintech brands should invest in tracking brand sentiment in real time and proactive reputation management - sometimes, you can see a crisis from a mile away

3 months of research. 20 leading prop firms audited. 14 earned a "Weak" reputation score. 👀
The biggest surprise? High Trustpilot ratings don't always mean strong reputations.

@dominictsz Never have I been more in love than when I came to Chongqing and saw the perfect blend of modern and cultural heritage, it was otherworldly
Firm A: 3.9⭐
Firm B: 4.9⭐
Which one gets the trader’s business?
Probably Firm B.
But here’s where it gets interesting:
Paid Trustpilot plans give businesses access to review invitation tools. In our prop firm research, reviews generated through business invitations averaged 1+ star higher than organic reviews.
That creates a potentially huge competitive advantage.
If Firm B is actively inviting customers to review while Firm A relies primarily on organic reviews, are we really comparing reputation on an even playing field?
And it gets even more interesting when organic 5-star reviews are being removed through Trustpilot’s review-flagging systems.
So the question becomes:
Is Trustpilot’s model indirectly pushing firms toward paid plans just to compete on review score?
Our data raises the question.
Supporting research in the comments.
@hackernoon@AlphaMarketFlow makes you think how many companies outside of the prop trading industry would have far different @Trustpilot scores if it weren't for invited reviews
