@NicoleConlan I would check if you have a tree of heaven in your backyard. They love the tree because it is also native to China like the bugs. Also wrap any trunks of trees with sticky paper so they get stuck while crawling up the tree!

@aliciakennedy I actually discovered I had a notable digestive issue (SIBO) during the pandemic. this resulted in major diet changes for 3 months (no leafy greens, white rice over brown rice etc.) and then this shifted to a permanent change to intermittent fasting. totally healed now!
