@AmericanAir I spent 7 hours today on hold with American Airlines today and spoke to no one!! Terrible customer service. Really disappointed in your service. I will never use your airline again

@AmericanAir 4 canceled flights in 2 days! 2 of those rerouted to a different airport, i had to book another flight thru Jetblue to get home! Now my luggage is nowhere to be found. I spent 7 HOURS on hold today and didnt speak to anyone! I will never fly with this company again.
