@Allegiant It would have been nice if the agent took my phone info to call me back if we got cut off. But no. She put me on hold to look into why my Bonus Points weren't on my account. AND then I got dropped.
@Allegiant Your company has made it virtually impossible for me to talk to you - except on social media. No chat (just a bot that answers "generic" questions) and an hour wait time - and I'm considered a "valuable cardholder." Really? Not feeling valued...

@Allegiant OMG. Worst Customer Experience EVER! Sat on the phone for over an hour (most of it on HOLD) to get the 50K bonus points for getting the card back in July. JUST GOT CUT OFF! And - of course - haven't yet seen those bonus points. ARGH!!!
