@IdleDivinity I’m way ahead of you, 8 months ago, we packed up for CA! Cancun Cruz sealed it for us and I predicted what would happen(..another school shooting and now the abortion laws) If anyone in SD can help us get more established..living in TX was like living in a 3rd world country!

But one thing is for sure finding a landlord to trust us with our credit and great renters history is tough out here. We dumped our life savings, just need apt.

@davenewworld_2 I was born and raised in Texas (36) have 2 kids. I took out my life savings and moved to California. It’s been almost a year now. Watching Texas from afar has been a bit heartbreaking..Uvalde sent me down to my core (again)..

@SandyMedellin15 36 years forced to live in Tx to be close to family , but I recently said I couldn’t take it anymore and left with 2 kids in tow. SoCal resident now. Everything they said CA was, they lied. It’s the best state ever. TX is the worst state to live in and I’m living proof.

Living in TX didn’t save me money when we had to go through many natural disasters, mostly all with preventable circumstances. Don’t get me started on the crime.
