@pebblegrey products are of poor quality. A no. of LEDs in our mirror have gone yellow in less than 2yrs. They won’t fix the issue despite proof of purchase because it wasn’t registered within 30 days of purchase (it was not made clear to us at time of purchase). Avoid.
@Dyson I’ve been trying to arrange to get our Hot & Cool Link repaired for almost a week-finally speak to someone via WhatsApp yesterday-paid £99 and now been ghosted. Incredibly poor customer service. You have my money and I have no idea if the repair has been arranged.

@MoonpigUK received these flowers on Saturday for my birthday and in 2 days they wilted and lost all life! Is this normal? They were immediately put in fresh water in a light room. All my other flowers received before or the same day are bright & blooming #notimpressed#moonpig
