I’ve checked the details of your journey and I’m pleased to advise you’re entitled to compensation for the delay to your flight, BA2157, on 11 December 2021. The distance of your disrupted journey was 1,500km or less. Is this correct from London to Antigua???? @British_Airways

@British_Airways what an joke 23 hours and counting delay, 3 attempts of planes and still no progress. You had 15 hours to get us catering knowing our flight was rearranged. Absolute shambles. Will never book with you again.
