@fat_walda @mollyhc I wasn't diagnosed with ADHD until I was 27. By then, I've experienced two burn outs (in school and at work).

After months of procrastination, I've finally created a YouTube channel. In my first video, I talk about being an Asian-Dutch woman in NYC during COVID-19. See what summer in the city looks like during a pandemic: https://t.co/GWYg3Z4WBF

Dutch-spoken 🇳🇱 with English subs.

Americans living in the Netherlands, I'd love to hear your thoughts on the 2020 elections. Will you be voting from abroad? What misconceptions about the US do you see in Dutch news?

It's for an article for a large Dutch news platform. My DMs are open!

Food service workers aren't wearing masks. They're only mandatory in some streets (not in stores), but not everyone wears them. People are going to bars. Our death rates aren't as high as the US because of universal healthcare. But it also allows ppl to be careless and selfish.

I'm back in Amsterdam and my neighbors had 2 parties in the past 3 days. People on TV are complaining about having to limit their social lives "just because of corona". After having no life in NYC for 5 months I guess I'm finally gonna get COVID because people here don't care.

This documentary about Chinese American voters (from Democrats to the Tea Party) in battleground states looks interesting 👀👀

@onbrandbrandonn That scene in The Grudge (Japanese version) where the little ghost kid was pushing the dead body like a swing 💀💀

[Janet Lie @janettlie]

@SatinAssasin @TaylorMali @mrs_day89 @onbrandbrandonn My dad let me watch movies like Nightmare on Elm Street and Friday the 13th when I was a kid, but he drew the line at Watership Down. Still haven't watched it till this day 👀

As one of the few Asian journos in The Netherlands, I'm thrilled to attend #AAJA20 for the first time and join the #AAJAfamily 🤩 Due to an extreme lack of representation in my country, AAPI journos and writers were the ones who inspired me to chase my dreams 🥰✨

[Janet Lie @janettlie]

@ArchithNEWS Ofc! I'm glad ppl are able to connect this way. My website is still under construction, but I just added you on LinkedIn!
