@My_Metro I would like to thank you for the great service that was provided NOT. I was kicked off at Gateshead stadium and because no one knew what buses etc I had to walk to town after a heavy 12hr night shift!! And all we get is Metro apologises. This happens on a daily basis. JOKE!!!

@WaterboyDB10 @Hermesparcels They lost over £250 of parcels for me.. and now they said they tried delivering a parcel even though my original delivery guy had already been. But this guy hadn’t even turned up!! Can’t blieve they still trade after the amount of cock ups they do
