Yes, rankings and future allow lists only count Dojang-verified wallets: one verified person, one wallet. On testnet, you verify through GIWA's test attester (0.001 testnet ETH, paid to GIWA's playground contract, no real value). On mainnet it's different: only Upbit's Dojang Verified Address counts, issued after Upbit's own identity check. Testnet verification doesn't carry over.
