Hey @CostaCoffee went to the Gloucester King’s Walk Matcha pop-up this AM straight after a night shift, to be told openuntil 9am due to staffing, despite the store being open from 7:30 and no times listed in the app. Team polite, clearer info would save people unnecessary trips.

@AOArena so we went to the ghost concert tonight. I had printed out your accessibility guide. The queues in to the different entrances merged into a jumble. I approached a couple of stewards who said I had to queue, I was on crutches! By the time I was offered accessable entrance

we were almost in the venue. I don't recall seeing any stewards wearing a blue tabard. I've never had to be in the main queue for a concert before, every other venue all I had to do was head for an entrance and I'd be let in. Even the chaos for the Muse gig in Plymouth at Home
