@987thebreeze My colleague of mine was listening to the show around 10:00 and was looking forward to hearing about a cool boating experience about 3 hrs away. Can you share details as to what the host was talking about?
I am so sad and sorry to pass this along, at the family's request. Jamie Samuelsen, the best damn friend you could ever have, a tremendous broadcaster on @971theticketxyt passed away tonight at 48. He was surrounded by his wonderful family, and he went peacefully.
Did any of my friends down in San Antonio take their kids to this as something to do during the pandemic? Let me know. Just wondering if it's worth it.

I spoke at a pro developement combine a few years back with @IndyEleven ‘s @Typash. We spoke to young prospects about what to expect going forward as you try to navigate your soccer career. Tyler’s path and current success is something young players should all look at.
Who is off to the best start to 2020 in North American professional soccer?
The rising start out of Indy.
From England to Finland to building houses in the Ontario winter -- Tyler Pasher finally has his blueprint. @WISH_TV
ICYMI: @DetroitCityFC is now offering the general public an opportunity to own an equity stake in the club, following the similar previous efforts of fellow @NISALeague club @ChattanoogaFC.

I know there’s a lot of things going on and this is a weird tournament for a bunch of reasons. Admitedly I haven’t watched much at all but there are some really bad goals in this game. I was hoping the tournament would be wide open and entertaining, but this just seems sloppy.
(cont.) The (now defunct) San Antonio Scorpions (#NASL) hosted the Houston Dynamo at Heroes Stadium and pulled off the upset 1-0. The only goal came from Hans Denissen at the penalty spot and Daryl Sattler made four saves for the Scorpions to earn the clean sheet
Today in #USOpenCup history...#OTD 2009: Back when #MLS held a USOC qualifying tournament, defending champ #DCU beat rival #RBNY 5-3 to clinch a spot in #USOC2009. Goals were scored by @ChrisPontius13 (2), Boyzzz Khumalo, @bbarks25, and Fred. D.C. would reach the Final that year.
Boyzzz is the man, Love that guy. One of the most disappointing aspects of my career was playing every game up until the final in both the USOC and CDN Champ, getting benched for both finals and losing both to TFC & Seattle. Wish I could’ve had a chance to help finish the job.
Hey, there's a @janickizzle sightning! (Michigander & @MSUmsoccer alum ...) Also, @AFCAnnArbor and @FlintCityBucks fans will notice a familiar name scoring a goal in that game too. Greg also played for the Bucks before turning pro and recently spent time with @DetroitCityFC
@JasonKutney I had a lot of great coaches throughout the years. Some stronger in certain areas than others. I don’t think I had great technique or new what I was doing as a teenager, but was lucky to have coaches who saw something in me and opened doors when I was clueless about the path.
This is great from Johnny Football. It’s always nice and refreshing to see people comfortable enough with themselves to make fun of themselves...be vulnerable, nobody’s perfect. This what people would rather see, so we can relate.
