@Sayentic @janine_schuh @Catlady_AC Wenn eine Krankmeldung vorligt von einen Arzt kann man die person nicht Kündigen auch wenn es angekündigt ist. Deine aussage bestätigt mich nur warum sollen junge menschen noch eine ausbildung machen wenn die einstellung so wie deine ist? Ich bekomme ein gutes ausbildungsgehalt

@Sayentic @janine_schuh @Catlady_AC Wenn man vom betrieb 3 jahre nicht mal mindestlohn bekommt und es dann heißt tschüss schau wo du bleibst würde ich auch Krank machen. Man sollte azubis vielleicht besser behandeln. Ändert aber nichts dadran das es rechtswiedrig ist bei Krankheit kein Lohn zu Zahlen.

@janine_schuh @Catlady_AC Wenn man Krankgeschrieben ist ist es rechtswidrig das gehalt zu kürzen bei einer woche egal ob angekündigt oder nicht. Hat dann konsequenzen für den Betrieb und nicht für Auszubildende. Wegen so einer einstellung findet man keine Azubis mehr.

Small life update again, even if no one cares. Everything is going okay. Working feels decently normal for a surprising amount of time. My Ausbildung is also going well. I hope it stays like this and that I can finish it.

Small update for the 2 ppl reading this post. The year was pretty good doing my ausbildung now and i have the Feeling i can finish it.Still scared that everything falls apart again because idk what happens then.But atleast somethings went good this year. Happy new year everyone❤️
