@British_Airways BA8722 today booked seat 4D & had digital boarding pass. At gate checked BA app & saw it was showing seat as 7C. Queried the 2 different seats as we boarded plane to be told I was 6C???? On the plane others had wrong seat issues, very poor!

@Jamietiree @GLA_Airport I’m in this pic, it was a shambles. No announcements despite the queue starting at the escalator before the boarding pass gates. When flights were boarding people were told they’d not be moved up the queue until final boarding was called!!!
