My stepfather always said "The elephant doesn't have to tell anyone he's big".
This guy needs therapy. Its embarrassing. Eisenhower's generation would laugh at him. This is like dialog from a terrible B movie script. Or a Roy Cohn tutorial.
Connecting the dots:
(1) You work your ass of, saving your hard earned money
(2) Chamath pitches you SPACs, telling you it all goes to a good companies and you will reap the benefits.
(3) Nothing actually gets better so you start to question wether this is just a huge grift.
(4) Chamath promises to "really fuck some shit up". He doesn't hide his intensions and dumps stock on the public.
(5) The wrecking ball arrives via the Fed raising rates and the SPAC bubble bursting. Your money was being pilfered by scammers selling worthless companies with questionable guidance, no viable business model and huge promotes...the list goes on and on.
The only questions left are how far the rot goes and why anyone listens to Chamath about anything.
This is not a Republican or Democrat issue anymore, its common sense.
@awfulannouncing What the hell is he talking about. What are you going to do, quit? first take is clown shown that no one takes seriously. Epitomizes everything wrong with what ESPN has become.
