@KeystoneWallet I can confrim..its out there.. ty keystone for helping us. 😊❤️

[jan @jankolosa]

@KeystoneWallet What if, your keystone device gets stuck with software wallet, and keystone support does decide to not help you to get access to your funds. Just ignores?

[jan @jankolosa]

Support stopped responding. This is a derivation path/index bug that effectively locks users out of their assets.

⚠️ WARNING: @KeystoneWallet firmware updates may cause you to lose access to your Arweave funds forever. I used my Keystone to sync with wander wallet. After the update, my device generates a totally different address from the same seed. My funds are stuck. #keystone #arweave

[jan @jankolosa]

@KeystoneWallet have you forgot about me? .. still no resolution or awsner...

[jan @jankolosa]

@KeystoneWallet ty.. 😓🩵

[jan @jankolosa]

@Hartmanxin I first synced with older firmware on ym kesystone to wander, and the qr code did not work, then updated it, and the qr code could be signed, however the adress became different on keystone from wander wallet, thus, locking me out of my funds..

[jan @jankolosa]

@KeystoneWallet I am very upset about this. I have sent funds to my keystone 3 pro (connected to your wander wallet), and since the last update, there seems to be missmatch between my adress on keystone and adress on wander. I really like your product but my ticket is still open, not resolvd
