Let’s be clear: the Spanish people should never be confused with this corrupt government. Just as we didn’t label all Americans as idiots during Biden’s presidency, the same principle applies here. Spain itself is not broken — it simply has the misfortune of being led by a gang of crooks right now.
Yes, ultimately the voters must remove them. But let’s not pretend this is a normal situation. The problem runs deeper: rigged elections, just like we’ve seen elsewhere. The real culprits are the corrupt operators who’ve hijacked the system. Lock them up, restore the rule of law, and you’ll quickly witness the true greatness, talent, and spirit of the Spanish people shine through once again.
