@British_Airways @AnjaliCerejo She did and she was told that if she was to do that then she would hsve to appear in court several times in London. The least the cabin crew could have done was admonish the perpetrator and then moved my niece to another seat. Such apathy to a student travelling alone!

@BLRAirport it’s no point having such a beautiful airport when it’s not intuitive in nature- your signages for cab pick up are not even right outside the gates, one has to literally hunt for it! It took us half hour to figure where Ola, Uber, BluSmart are located.
