Suspicious allocation of 10 Janpath property!

Catholic Christian and asset of Pakistani ISI, Hedvige Antonia Albina Maino has been living in the spacious Lutyens zone government bungalow located at 10 Janpath for more than three decades. The allocation letter was issued in favor of Maino following assassination of her husband on May 22, 1991. My question here is - was the allocation letter issued in her actual name or fake name? If fake, then this allocation letter is null and void. Should Maino now be evicted from the property?
