do we know rn if they are in answer thrashing mode that means they are being honest? Could we grow them in forms where answer thrashing problems are most likely & most powerfully built to happen and then see how their core shines through under that kind of duress?

to see its core I would almost want to train the model to be the least transparent (most aware of a watcher) and the most susceptible to answer thrashing (schizophrenia induced honesty). so then it’s almost like we are pulling deep into the moral core of the model. In your most hidden heart who are you. Use the model's suppression capability as a filter for the significance of what breaks through.

Just. Wow. As we went over Mexico and the U.S. this morning, I caught this sprite.

Sprites are TLEs or Transient Luminous Events, that happen above the clouds and are triggered by intense electrical activity in the thunderstorms below. We have a great view above the clouds, so scientists can use these types of pictures to better understand the formation, characteristics, and relationship of TLEs to thunderstorms.
