@mariotomich eat only meat and veggies and skyr. if couch potato than i give him 12 months. if he incorporates some movement could be 6-8. depends on amount of time per week of movement and intensity, he can add some more carbs easily (rice, potatos).

@jackfriks OOB works. Any tweaks simply with agent, use /omarchy skill (it's there) to navigate it. Took me about a week getting used to. I learnt on Mac some Vim keyboard things before switching (any IDE has Vim mode), it's usefull. Omarchy is very keyboard centric. Have not looked back.
