Poor customer service from Westjet. Did you know that if you pay 'economy' fare and need to change a flight, you don't get credit or a refund on the original flight? Had to change a flight to get home to a hospitalized parent and had to pay $678 one way Calgary to Hamilton!

@CBCMurdoch I'm sorry but I thought this episode was really ridiculous...even more so than last week's episode. It seems like after 13+ seasons, the writers are out of good ideas. I have loved Murdoch Mysteries for years but I'm pretty disappointed recently.
