@VLine will the next 5 function on the app ever work again? If not, any chance you abd @ptv_official can collaborate to include platform numbers and delays in their app? A ridiculous situation that platforms are not on there.
@Travel2be Thank you although it would be good if this information was acknowledged and communicated in an e-mail. Appreciate that things have been difficult but receiving no information leads to undue stress and a feeling that things are being ignored. Silence is not golden in this case.
@Travel2be can you please reply to my email or answer my call in regards to a cancelled flight with @Qantas that I booked through you. I have been trying for weeks but have had no reply. The customer service is very disappointing.
