Every day brings a new opportunity to grow, transform, and become the best version of ourselves. Challenges and changing seasons will always come our way, but our goals should remain our guiding light.
With @heartfulness meditation, we learn to stay focused, grounded, and see every opportunity as a blessing in disguise.

Beginning my long-awaited journey overseas. Looking forward to meeting, interacting, and meditating with the people from Dubai, Europe and North America.

World peace is achievable once individual peace is at hand. And peace is already there. Our philosophy makes us understand that: peace is our fundamental nature. A meditative practice helps us arrive at a meditative state and constantly keeps fuelling peace within as well as with people we meet, wherever we go; we are in some way contributing to peace because of who we are.
The intensity of our inner peace will be exposed the moment we drop all ideas of pride, ego, desires, etc. We will be unburdened so much that we will be surprised with our own nature which is full of peace.

Uncover the richness of life beyond the confines of the screen. Research indicates that excessive screen time can impact cognitive thinking.
While it’s challenging to completely abstain from phone usage in today’s world, we can take steps to minimize it. By consciously reducing screen time, we open ourselves up to endless possibilities, from connecting with loved ones to delving into the wonders of nature.
Embrace each moment with intention, savoring the beauty and experiences that await outside your screens.

As a witness to the little I saw of Babuji, I can share that there was not one ounce of ego in his personality. He was the perfect conduit, the perfect vehicle through which divinity could work. He simply witnessed, allowed the work to flow through him, and yielded to everything in this universe with a level of human etiquette that is unparalleled.
He never criticised even the worst of his associates and showed no favouritism to those who supported him. What flowed and continues to flow through him are love, simplicity, purity, utmost humility, and the keenest level of awareness and discernment.
By studying Babuji’s subtlety of presence we receive the ultimate inspiration, the ultimate masterclass in human behaviour and personality.

"A bird needs both its wings to fly straight. To lead a life of growth and purpose, integrate the spiritual and worldly life by infusing everyday actions with spirituality. Infuse our spirit and heart into everyday acts. When we speak, speak from the heart. When we see people suffering, help them.
The world is starved of hearts expressing themselves with generosity and nobility. Our spiritual actions are silent, heroic gestures that touch the hearts of others.

I learned something profound from Babuji about how to speak with children. In the Hindi language, when speaking with an elder, man or woman, we address them using the pronoun 'aap' meaning 'sir or madam'. It's a respectful way to converse with elders. Usually, when we address children, we address them using the pronoun 'tum,', meaning 'you'. "Tum' is more informal.
Babuji, though, addressed children as 'aap'. He never addressed them as 'tum.' Even when children were making a ruckus, he would chide them, but he never used language or a tone that showed any form of disrespect. Even his scolding's were respectful.
By speaking to children with respect, they learn what it means to communicate in a respectful way. They understand that respect is not something you extend to someone depending on who they are, what they do, their age or which race they belong to. Children learn that respecting one and all is the way to be.
